Has anybody used Academy Mortgage???

Just wondering if anybody has used, or has referred their clients to Academy Mortgage? They are guys that claim they can do the 10 day close.

I need to get a closing done in the next 18 days. Not only that but an FHA loan is needed, we are within 90 days of the seller's aquisition, and the sales price is greater than 120% of the acquisition price.

This company claims they can do all this, without any supporting documents that verify repairs/improvements to the home. They just need to order 2 appraisals and 1 home inspection.

Sounds too good to be true, so just wondering if anybody has any experience with them. Thanks in advance!
