High return real estate investments?
Does any one have any insights on the company. High return real estate investments ? Jeff schecter I believe posts in here pretty regular.

In all fairness, I strongly feel that any comments from @Julie S. would not be a fair representation of our company, as we offered to buy back her property, and she declined.

This was almost two ago, and since then, we have completely retooled our company. We now do TWO inspections, and have our own in-house full-service Property Management team. We have strong tenant screening and collection processes, and we do some of the best rehabs in the business. We were a much younger company back then, and definitely made some mistakes, but we learned from them and continue to improve our processes. Most importantly, we always do what we say we're going to do.
