Wes here I’m a newbie. I live in NYC and I’m looking into RentToRetirement turnkey company to invest in my first single family home.

Bought two homes with them about 8 months ago.  One perfectly fine with no maintenance calls.  Just had the tenant vacate in the other one, but the mgnt team did a good job of finding another tenant in a few weeks.  Overall satisfied, looking to probably buy another one this year with them if I can make it happen.
