Camp Lejeune NC Property Management
Hello, does anyone investing in the Jacksonville, NC/Camp Lejeune, NC area have a good recommendation on a property management company? If so, do you know their fees (monthly %, % of first months rent, etc.)? I have searched online, but all of the review were less that flattering. Thanks in advance!

@Sean Reaver, have you checked out Brown Properties of North Carolina? They have a solid reputation in that area. (There aren't many PM companies in Jacksonville that do!) Best of luck.
