Has anyone purchased the investors toolbox from homefixers? One of the features is it has whats called a loan opportunity wizard software that prints out very professional reports detailing the prospective property and investing info on it for attracting private money. Im sure you could make your own but it looks like a timesaver and very professional. Does anyone have it / use it?
