Real Estate Elevated Members?

I went to a 3 day workshop (paid 2k) by Tarek and Christina’s company Real Estate Elevated and on the brink of joining. The hesitation is the cost which is 26k. Is anyone here a member and can give me feedback? Is it everything they say it’s supposed to be? Mentor, in house investors, systems that guarantee success.

@Ned Carey I echo what Ned is saying. That is way way too much. Find a good deal on the mls, driving around, from family, fsbo, ect. They do not have any tricks. If they did, people would find out about them and copy. If you look at what folks are doing on BP you will be able to see how Things Work.
