Looking for a good reliable agent in five points toledo ohio
I am an overseas investor in Toledo with 5 properties around five points. I am not 100% satisfied with the performance of my agent. There are always small issues with the tenants where the agent doesn't act fast enough. It takes 2-4 months to get the property rented and every time tenants leave repair costs are 3-5k. I am at the point where I think about selling all off. Does anyone have good experiences with an agent? Which one?
