Does anybody have experience with this syndicate? It seems that for your capital you are a "KP" or knowledge partner, which essentially a limited partner with more training offered. Looks like most of the investments made are for multifamily properties in the Houston area.

lol, hate to be mean but those guys are pure wannabe.  I've never seen a company talk such a big game but do so little. I think the Texas term is "all hat, no cattle".

They've done 2-3 deals I think?  Maybe 30 to 50 units?  I saw some of their videos talking about 'buying direct at under market prices' but the prices I've seen them pay (my brother and best friend are brokers in Houston) is WAY WAY high.

But hey, they're using almost 100% OPM so they don't really care what they spend.  They're just trying to get units under their belt to add some credibility.

FINAL NOTE:  I assume the guys that work for the company are nice guys. They're just like most people on here. Trying to make some cash in multifamily. Just don't think they're any more advanced as anyone else here asking how to start wholesaling with no money and if they should get an LLC. So if you want to do a deal I would suggest just doing one on your own. I got my first two deals ever done this year and it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be
