Looking to purchase true Wholesale properties; today we had a great meeting with Strategic Acquistions, Inc & wondering if anyone has done any transactions with this company. They do all the legwork & we have the opportunity to purchase trustee properties from this company.

Thank you.

I never have heard of or worked with that company.

I have seen a lot of similar companies pop-up. It sounds pretty good in theory. In my market the pros are paying 80-82% of resale price and really complaining that things are tough.

By the time you add the trustee buyers fee and the increased competition I don't think you have room for a big margin.

Probably better than buying retail if you have a big pile of cash, but you're not going to hit any home runs.
