Experiences with ZBuyer Leads

Hello BP members! Wondering if anyone can share info on their experience with ZBuyer leads?

Zbuyer and FastHomeOffer are set up the same way. I have used both, and its my opinion that FHO tends to generate more leads that can be turned into investments (motivated sellers). Zbuyer gave me more leads of less motivated sellers selling a house in great shape for retail value (listings). I have gotten away from those sites recently, but am exploring going back into it. A friend of mine who handles the investment real estate side of the business, and has his brother act as a traditional agent, have had great success with both sites, simply because they can convert just about everything that comes through as either a purchase, or a listing
