Hi, I'm currently looking for a PM to handle two properties for me - a SFH in 21222 and a duplex with 2 1BR apartments on Wilkens in 21223. Very different homes, very different neighborhoods, but I want one company to manage both, and I haven't had any luck yet.

The company listed in the title says they can manage both and their google reviews are quite good, but I'm not sure how much I trust those reviews, honestly.

Can anyone give me first-hand information about them?
