I have not used this company for property management services (I'm not into single family rentals) but invested in couple dozen loans they originated (they also have private lending division). I deal with Patrick whom I known for almost 15 years, he is the Director of Private Lending there, they vet and back all the loans they offer. 

The person Marshall Reddick himself is no longer in the picture, it's just the name that remained. And the business operation is very different from what it was back then. They are legit for sure and I would recommend them!
