My inbox has been flooded with people promoting this "underground" deal source. Has anybody here used it or had success with it?

Reggie, If your inbox has been flooded so have lots of other inboxes. That means it's not so "secret" or "underground" anymore.
I don't want to pay for leads that come with competition. However the mindset that makes people sign up for these kinds of "easy " leads may be competition that is easy to beat. Good luck - Ned
