Real estate license course?

Hey guys,

I’m 22 and have had this idea in mind for a while, and that is to obtain my Real Estate license. First and foremost I want to do this to gain knowledge about the whole business - second is to work on getting my first house hack.

What courses do you guys recommend?

I heard I can do it online, but I also see that I can go to a local college where I can also take it there.
