Indianapolis Turnkey Investing

Hello,

After narrowing down my research on which market I'd like to purchase my first turnkey property in, I've decided on Indianapolis. My next step- choose my TK provider. Can anybody make me a recommendation? (or tell me who I should stay away from). I've heard a few good things about PARC- I'd like to speak with more people who have gone through them or through another provider. Please share your input and expertise!

@Scott Sherin What class of property are you looking for? Different turn key providers offer different classes of properties in different areas. Establish your criteria and find the turn key company that fits it. Indianapolis is a great cash flow market but only if you are buying a good asset class, so I recommend staying away from low end, cheap properties.
