Has anyone ever been apart of this program called Partner Driven Real Estate? If so, what was/is your experience with them? Thanks for any and all thoughts

Just be careful with mentoring programs and leave your wallet and credit cards at home when you go to the seminars.   Give it a solid 2 weeks before you sign up for anything or pay anyone any money.  I don't know them at all.  They may be perfect people and helpful and help you.   It just makes me nervous when I see a website where they were asking a "partner" to put up $15,000.   Never heard of them before....but your typical real estate "mentoring" guru will invite you to a free 2-3 hour session, and convince you to come to all day on Saturday or 3 day weekend course for $299-$399, when you are at that course, they'll convince you to be a Big Dog player for full on mentoring at $15,000-$50,000.   They make you feel like a chump if you don't do it.   I always say if you have $15,000-$50,000 buy a house, buy a condo, learn from experience, it will be more valuable learning on the job and in the end you have a piece of real estate.   Spend $50,000 at a seminar well at the end you have an education about seminars and maybe learn something about real estate along the way.   Search BP for this group and I'm sure you'll find some posts or people who have attended.   See what they thought.
