Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences to share on lone oak funding out of southern California

Does anyone have any experience with Lone Oak Fund from an investor's perspective (giving them money to lend)?
	
	I've been looking for a Trust Deed Fund and my research led me to them.  From what I've seen, they seem reputable and have a 10+ year history.

Sent them a decent amount of business... don't need any short term debt myself so I haven't used them, but I get great reviews from the business I send their way.
