Curious if anyone out there has done business with Investors Choice Funding? They are a hard money lender based out of Colorado, and they are starting to lend in Missouri. I learned about them from my local REIA. They came and gave a presentation, that I was unable to attend, and I'm thinking about using them. Any advice or reviews would be great thanks!
