Well after extensive hours I have found a house that I can flip. 3 bed bungalow with a tenant in the basement. The comps are at 223,000 and house is selling for half of that. Where I'm new I'm unsure of what to do. I was thinking hard money that I found. Dohardmoney, Any ideas folks?
