Hello everyone! First time poster on bp. I am a member of the Freedom Founders Group (Mastermind). This group consists of mostly DDS’s and MD’s. We have a group of Trusted Advisers that are highly vetted by by an Internal Review Committee. Dr. David Phelps is the Founder of Freedom Founders. Jax Wealth Investments are one of the TA’s. Jim Sheils is the owner and that’s what I like in terms of investing with them. You are in direct contact (if you want) with the owner of where your investment is going. I suggest a due diligence trip to meet them. Their offices are located in Jacksonville. I think maybe in St. Augustine, as well. But, my contact has always been Jennifer Lucero. I own just one duplex in Palm Coast, FL. It is scheduled to be finished in November/December 2021. Hope this info helps. I see him at our quarterly Mastermind sessions in Dallas.
