I just found a deal that is appraised for 270k
I'm trying to wholesale this deal for 30k, and if it gets fixed, it's easily 390-400k due to appraisal. It's missing a fridge and cabinets, and it seems new, so I don't think there are foundation issues. How do I find a buyer? It's an REO property so I can't do an assignment fee, I'll need to do a double close.
