Roscoe vs Margaretville NY STR Viability

Hi all,

Looking to get some insight if anyone has experience in Roscoe and Margaretville NY areas for an STR. My wife and I are about to go into contract on a home in Roscoe and are having second thoughts. Before we pull the trigger, can anyone give us some insights on which area you like more and why. Also, what occupancy rates have you been seeing? If you could provide your property link that would be very helpful so we could compare apples to apples.
