Moving towards a buyers market where I am, not sure how much inventory there is. But I am getting calls from agents everyday trying to sell property

The irony of the situation we are in is with rising rates sellers who need to buy after a sale won’t well because of … rates. Thus, supply is lower even if demand has cooled… I really think we are 50/50 buyer / seller market ratio right now.
