Corvallis, Albany & Lebanon, Oregon December Rents Reports

Linked files have advertised rentals rates for the past 3-6 months in each city. 1-2 bedrooms are almost identical rents across all three cities. Lebanon starts to lag in the 3-4 bedroom categories, but Corvallis and Albany match each other.


Corvallis purchase prices are still ~20% higher than the other two towns. Any speculation as to why rents aren't 20% higher? More run down rentals for students? Corvallis has premium price due to university giving stability??
