Looking for 2-4 plex porpoises.
Hello I’m a first time buyer. I live in Wilsonville Oregon, I’m looking to finance an investment property. I have 30k saved up but I can’t seem to find anything worth looking into around my area. I wanted to know what loans you guys would recommend. I was leaning towards fha but not if I’m going to buy out of state (considering I’d have to live there for a year) if you guys know of any cities or great loan programs please let me know! Please don’t be afraid to tell me if I’m way over my head. I’m 22 years old I drive semi trucks and I’m trying to get out of it before it’s to late! If you guys have any tips please let me know.
