Cash flowing areas in Florida?

Any Florida investors here? Currently, I am looking in Ft. Pierce, FL and Jacksonville, FL.

You should be able to find cash flowing properties in Southwest Florida too like St. Pete, Tampa, Venice.  @Patrick Fraher the old Florida fishing villages may do alright as a STR, but their annual rents would be fairly low generally speaking.

if you were willing to operate your property as a short-term rental you would cash flow in many more cities
