How is the DFW market for small multi-family properties? which areas in DFW are good for investment?

@Pj Arora I personally think there are still opportunities out there for small mf properties that are personally owned and are too small for the syndicators. As stated above, these small mf's are scattered all throughout the DFW area. I would also start identifying opportunities in the outlying areas as well.
