How do you think about the investment opportunities in Warner Robins, GA, compared to suburbans around Atlanta? For locals, are you willing to share your living experience? Also, which areas in Warner Robins will you consider for investments? 

For cash flow, it looks good.

I know Warner Robins has been great appreciation over the last years. Do you think it still has strong growth potential in the future? I didn’t see many positive signals from the city development plan.
