Large Datasets for rentals
Hi all, my wife and I are just starting our journey of investing in properties. I am wondering if there are any large datasets from which you can download raw rental price data. I am hoping for a breakdown of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I would even like it if it listed the address of the property. I have reviewed some of the Zillow and Redfin data and I was hoping for more detail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
