Are deals hard to come by
Hey everyone,
With new listings dropping by approximately 52% from last year in my area, it seems that sellers are holding onto their homes instead of listing them for sale. As a result, prices have only decreased by 4.7%. I'm curious if this trend is affecting investors as well. Are you finding it challenging to locate new deals in this economy?
