We're really interested in neighbourhoods like Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Smyrna, Mount Juliet, Gallatin, and Spring Hill. Nice - I believe Nashville will continue to be a strong marekt. I wouldn't call "Murfreesboro" a Nashville neighborhood though...be careful on your research
