Flipping in Tampa Heatmap

Not sure if this can be useful to people, but here's a heatmap I made showing the concentration of flips in Tampa, FL as of last month..the the more Orange/Pink the more flips that are happening. Looks like most of them are in East Tampa/Belmont Heights.

Geez...that's not an area I would recommend under any circumstances.  Let the buyer beware.
