I’m an investor coming out of Idaho and Utah. Typically will buy units for low-income tenants and try to get into areas with a housing shortage. For my Wyoming people- If you had the opportunity to buy in Rock Springs, Rawlins, or Laramie, where would your ideal location be? What town has the highest housing shortage currently?
