Data sources for listings, zoning, safety, etc.?

Posted

Asking this question as both a proptech founder and RE investor. I know a lot of brokerages use Black Knight, Corelogic, Attom, and a couple other data providers for property information, listings, safety, weather, AVMs, other property financials, and analytics around predictors for mortgage rates, risk assessments, etc. Are there any other tools people use?

Why I'm asking? I'm always looking for more data around zoning, permitting, but these platforms don't really provide these things when I looked at their API docs.
