Section 8 Emerging Markets BRRRR
I have been building my S8 rental portfolio in Suffolk county, NY. To find a rental that you can BRRRR in my market is nearly impossible.
For this reason and to be able to scale my portfolio, I’ve started looking out of my market.
Has anyone identified an emerging market where you can BRRRR while cash flowing on S8 rentals?

I've made millions on Section 8 in Ohio. Best markets for this are Cleveland, Toledo, Akron, Cincinnati and Youngstown.
