Investors interest rates
Hi everyone I just reentered the market for the 4th time hoping for success with finally getting a rental property. I’ve had to change my strategy due to my city being a high market. I’m wondering how are investors making money with the interest rate being so high. I was given a 8.1% interest rate from a lender specifically saying that that is the investors rate right now. That blew me out of the water. Is this the going rate for investors?
