Macon GA section 8 demand
Looking to buy my first property as a section 8 investment. Currently looking in Georgia and have heard Macon is a good choice for section 8 but the data for all of GA is private so I have no idea how the demand truly is. Worst thing would be to purchase a home and not find a tenant even with section 8. Any insights on the demand here?
