propstream versus bright investor

Hello,

I am looking at several tools. I have the bright investor free trial. There is a bit of learning curve but the more I use it, the more I like it. I have heard a lot about Propstream as well. Any thoughts on either of these? Thanks!

    Hi! Bright Investor was  mentioned in a yu tube video. I am using it and really like it. There is tons of information about the market I am looking at. All information is there in one spot. You can layer the information as well. I feel like there is a learning curve but so far I really like it.
