I saw two headlines this weekend that hit hard—Trump is pressuring the Fed to drop rates fast, and DeSantis appointed a new CFO who supports eliminating property taxes. That’s not normal news… that’s a big deal if you’re holding or buying in Florida. It could mean massive improvement in cash flow and affordability. I’m buying now while everyone waits.
