@Zach Rosenow You can find CF rental properties in smaller markets, a few mid west cities, and through the BRRRR strategy. Either way you're trapping $$$ in the property. We do BRRRR-type deals in the mid west and still can't refinance out all our capital. It's been that way for the last 5 years.

Unless you get creative on the financing that's the only way you find CF in this market; Killen, TX or Indianapolis, IN I don't think it matters.
