Why St Louis MO is STILL Investor Friendly !

I just read an article that reflects what I continue to see here in St Louis as an investor and an investor agent. .

Prices are reasonable, rents make sense, and there’s no shortage of people who want to rent. That combination is getting harder to find.

Compared to a lot of places, you can still buy in STL without forcing the numbers or piling on leverage. We’ve got a big renter base, a pretty diverse job market, and not a ton of new housing coming online, which helps keep things steady on the rental side.

I dropped the article link here  if you want to read it. And if you’re investing here—or thinking about it—I’m always happy to share what I’m seeing locally by neighborhood and strategy.
