Housing Data is out for 2026!

Check out the recent YOY trends from 2024 and 2025 on Single Family Properties in NH.

Supply is still relatively low for most of the state. We are only seeing supply in the "northern" counties.

That said, supply has slowly increased, but is still considered a sellers market.

As for affordability, Keene is a great place to buy and Portsmouth still continues to be the most expensive market in the state. The suburbs surrounding   Manchester and Concord are still quite more expensive than the cities.

What do you think the trends in 2026 will show?
