How are you tracking Phoenix CRE activity before it hits LoopNet?

    Curious what methods other investors are using to track commercial activity in Phoenix/Metro before properties get publicly listed.
    Permit filings, deed transfers, and assessor changes, are you doing this manually through county portals, or have you found anything that actually works at scale? The manual process through Maricopa's assessor portal is brutal.
    Spent months doing it by hand before building something to automate it. Happy to share what I learned about the data sources if anyone's working on the same problem.
