Sorrento, Mount Dora, Eustis and Mount Plymouth Market Forecasting....(Florida)

Interesting feedback/guesses from ChatGPT today.  If you live in or around these areas, I'm curious what you think about these estimated forecasts?....

ChatGPT forecast (guesses) for the following areas from year 2026 through 2033...

If rates stick around 6-7%...

Mount Dora: Up 25%-40%

Mount Plymouth: Up 22%-38% 

Sorrento: Up 20%-35%

Eustis: Up 18%-32%

If rates go to 9%...

Mount Dora: Up 8%-22%

Mount Plymouth: Up 5%-18%

Sorrento: Up 0%-15%

Eustis: -5% to +12%

If rates go to 4%...

Mount Dora: Up 45%-65%

Mount Plymouth: Up 45%-70%

Sorrento: Up 40%-60%

Eustis: Up 35%-55%

Simplified notes from ChatGPT...

Mount Dora: Safest investment and most consistent

Mount Plymouth: Best Upside if bought right

Sorrento: Solid, but average

Eustis: Slower, needs better buy price

I just moved to this area in January and learning about each of these towns/cities. 


If you are from here or have any knowledge of the area, I would love to hear your thoughts on these ChatGPT Forecasts/Guesses.  Obviously it is impossible to tell the future, but it is interesting to dig into and discuss!!
