Big news for South Memphis and the 38109 community

The Community Benefits Ordinance tied to the new xAI facility is a significant investment in an area that has tremendous potential. With a commitment to reinvest a portion of future property tax revenue back into the surrounding community, this could create new opportunities for growth, development, and revitalization.

Exciting to see resources being directed toward communities that are ready for growth.

Hey Robert! Totally agree, we are in the middle of this generations next "boom" and Memphis is the homeland of it! Excited to see what this does to available jobs for tenants (I already have 1 tenant with an xAi job) and also what it does to the appreciation and development of the Memphis area over the next several years. Do you know if this area is considered a "opportunity zone" because of this?
