Hi everyone, I am wondering if it is possible to be approved for an FHA (or other low down payment owner occupied loan) after buying two investment properties with two investment loans.

You can get an FHA loan at any point in your investing career. You can only have 1 FHA loan out at a time, so if you want to reuse it you need so refinance the property into a different loan or sell the property and get the loan back. A common misconception is that it is only available for first time home buyers because of the lower down payment and lower credit requirements.
