House Hacking with a Business?
I'm looking at purchasing a two-unit property with a basement through my LLC. I'm wondering if it's possible to purchase the property through my LLC and "house hack" it by using it as my primary residence or my businesses main address to avoid non-homestead taxes as they are very hefty in this particular area.
