Bigger Pockets House Hack Bootcamp HW
I am in the beginning of my real estate journey and working my way through the house hack bootcamp currently. My plan is to get a duplex with an fha. Our homework is to connect with local investors and discuss the market. I am looking at Ithaca, Cortland, and Syracuse as potential areas. Anyone with current units in the areas I would love to hear your experience with, and advice towards those markets.
