How can I househack a penthouse in NYC? Is it the same as a normal househack? What’s different about it? Am I dealing with the same process?

 Same process as long as the building/Condo/Property Management company allows it.

The main difference is that you're likely sharing apartment amenities (kitchen, bathroom, common areas, laundry, etc) as oppose to a traditional house-hack where the tenants have their own unit entirely.
