Has anyone had success in House Hacking single family properties in Dallas, TX utilizing an ADU as a short-term rental?

I think the other big truck is finding a house in Dallas with adu.   Not impossible but very few...and then to find one in the right price range where the numbers work is challenging to say the least.

Mostly I see ADU in the M and L streets area and prices are not cheap there...or otherwise in tough areas and more makeshift ADU type setups. Some around Fairmont area of Fort Worth and Arlington heights
